Art Picture Information collects and uses your personal information for the following purposes based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity.

1. Personal information you actively provide in the process of providing you with products and/or services

In order to realize our basic business functions, you need to provide us with your personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Please note: If you provide personal information that is not your own, please ensure that you have obtained the consent of the relevant subject.

(1) If you choose to register an AI Writer App account, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number and enter the SMS verification code to verify your identity. After you change your device, you can view your relevant information by logging into your account, and your data will not be lost due to changing your phone.

(2) When you use the gadget tool to add background music and other functions, after you agree to enable access to the album and read the SD card permissions, we will collect the pictures/videos and audio information in your phone as materials for dubbing production.

(3) When you need to export the dubbing work to a computer/U disk through your phone, or use the photo capture function, after you agree to enable the camera/camera permissions, we will call up your phone's camera for scanning code download and text recognition.

(4) When you use the recorder function, after you agree to enable the microphone and read the SD card permissions, we will collect the microphone recording and audio information in your phone as materials for dubbing production.

(5) When you provide feedback, make complaints, appeals, or inquire about AI Writer App products and/or services through our customer service, in order to ensure the security of your account and system, you need to provide us with the account you used when you registered/logged in so that we can verify your user identity. If you do not provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of the consultation, but it will not affect your normal use of AI Writer App products and/or services.

You understand and agree that the above services may require you to enable access to your photo album (photo gallery) or phone status in your device to enable the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings, and you can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that when you enable any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. The AI Writer App software has a unique application ID. When you install the AI Writer App software, this ID and a message containing whether the installation is successful or not will be transmitted back to the dubbing software. When you use the AI Writer App software products and/or services, we may receive and record your relevant device information based on your specific permissions during software installation and use to protect your account and usage security, including IP address, Wi-Fi MAC address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI, ICCID, CSID, BSSID OAID), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), Unique Device Identifier (Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID), SIM card information; mobile phone model, system type, system version, network environment, gateway number acquisition error log, App installation information, device settings, resolution, device sensor parameters, service provider network ID, network access method, type and status, network quality data, etc.

(2) Log information

When you use the products or services of AI Writer App Software, in order to ensure your normal use of the software services and account security, maintain the normal operation of the service, ensure service stability and network security, the server of MingYang Information will automatically record logs related to the operation process and content. This type of information package is the detailed usage of your use of AI Writer App Software, including AI Writer App Software version number, operating system information, login IP information, service failure information, network status, operator, access date and time, device crash, etc. User operations will trigger event statistics, including the speaker, setting information, and the number of times some buttons and functions are used when using the AI Writer App software. Such data is anonymous, and the service experience is improved and optimized through data statistics.

(3) Browsing history

When you use dubbing software products and/or services, in order to improve the relevant functions of dubbing software products and/or services and provide you with a better service experience, we will collect your relevant browsing information, including the content viewed, the text content entered, the creation record, the download record, and the consumption record. The works and content you create, as well as all gold coins, membership status and other data will be transmitted to the server of MingYang Information, and stored and associated with your account information, so as to provide you with consistent services under the same account on different devices.

(4) Order information

After you recharge or trade, we will collect the order information (order number, order source, user ID, order price, actual payment price, payment method (Alipay, WeChat), order creation time, order payment time) generated during your use of the AI Writer App software for display to you and to facilitate your order management.

In order to provide you with better products and services, our customer service staff may use your account information/order information to call you back by phone, text message or email. If you do not want to participate in the return visit, you can unsubscribe according to the instructions after receiving the return visit information. Not participating in the return visit will not affect your use of other functions of this software.

(6) Clipboard information

When the following situations occur, we need to read your clipboard information. Please rest assured that we will not collect or use the private information in your clipboard.
